Fine views of the mountains, beautifully restored historic building, unique boutique hotel experience

Noise disturbances from nearby areas!!! Limited reading and makeup facilities in rooms!!! Cramped pool area during peak times!!! Minor maintenance issues can affect stay!!!

The place is intimate and fairly clean, it offers satisfactory breakfast and fab location in a beautiful area of wonderful Mallorca. The services are friendly, including a great pool. Parking is not an issue, as it's in the hotel. The pool bar makes the wonderful drinks.

The rooms were large and unique with great views, excellent shower, comfy beds.

I appreciated the elegant decor and tranquil courtyard with a lovely pool area perfect. The accessibility made it very easy for me to navigate the beautiful spaces throughout L'Avenida.

More seating options in the courtyard would be nice.

A hotel with a difference. Individual, interesting art and decor. Nice laid back atmosphere with friendly owners and staff.

Stunning location to Banco de Soller.

The showers were spacious and refreshing, while the lovely pool area offered a perfect retreat after exploring.

Restaurant was closed during our entire stay, Wifi and tv signals worked only on occasion. We stayed in both the Junior Suite and the Deluxe Suite, both nicely decorated but suites? No real sitting area, just big rooms. Mostly though, we were appalled by the way the owner Tanja and Paul hid behind their own hotel policy when we needed to cut our vacation short: We were charged even the days we did not stay at the hotel (well over 1000 eur for 4 nights), something I never experienced in many years of business and private travel. So be careful to fully understand the policy before you book!

A beautiful old building, elegantly restored and adapted for 21st century use. The staff were all helpful and responded to every request and query. Breakfast was great - served in the lovely dining room overlooking the pool. The hotel has been fitted with great style and finesse - absolutely lovely.

Short walk from the town square, great to explore local shops and cafes easily. The only downside was that parking could be a challenge during peak hours. It was a lovely stay in a beautiful setting.

We enjoyed our stay with easy access to the main square just a few steps away for dining and shops. The lovely Museo del Casal de Cultura only a short walk made our city strolls so nice. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast made our mornings bright. If you love charming hotels, this one is bursting with character and personality.

the stairs were a bit tricky lugging our bags, but the luxurious suite was super spacious and had an amazing view. breakfast was also a feast of local delights, and the terrace by the pool was the perfect chill spot.

Beautiful garden pool area for relaxation.

The parking situation was frustrating. We had to park quite far from the hotel, a hassle especially with our luggage. The lack of a bar area as advertised was disappointing, too.
